Eligibility for Refund:

  2. The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it.

 

Non-eligible Items:

  • We do not accept refunds for the following items:
  1. Gift cards or digital products.
  2. Perishable goods or items that have exceeded their stated expiration date.

 

How to Initiate a Refund Request:

  • To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at info@kamakian.store within 2days of receiving the product. Please provide the following details:
  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  3. Photographs (if applicable) to support your claim.

 

Refund Processing:

  • Once your refund request is received and approved, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs showing the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they will have been processed and shipped.
