BBQ Salt

At Kamakian, we have prepared this delicious mixture of coarse salt of Anfeh with marjoram, wild Lebanese thyme, chili powder and our own pepper powder.

The artisanal activity of salt farming is becoming more and more endangered around the world. In Lebanon, and more specifically in Anfeh, our farmers passed down their techniques from generation to generation.

This BBQ salt is delicately prepared to be used on your barbecue meat, chicken, duck or even vegetables. It gives the true Mediterranean aroma, as if you’re having a Beiruti BBQ.

Tip: We also have tried this BBQ salt on salads with meat or chicken and it was an absolute success. You just need a pinch!
